Whole Foods Diet - Day 2: Lunch

I am working on perfecting my youtube publishing so please bear with the amature nature of these videos. This lunch is about 450 calories and cost about $2.20 based on the fact that I got most of my squashes for buy one get 2 free at my local orchard, Adrian Orchard.
